In the eight years before the creation of the Institute, Mr. Riendeau worked as a lawyer and specialist in ethics and governance. He has helped presidents, CEOs and boards of directors develop and implement governance strategies and ethical management frameworks. He was also an ethics consultant for various public and private organizations, including the Commission de la construction du Québec. More than 8,000 participants have attended his workshops (Barreau du Québec, Ordre des CPA, Ordre des pharmaciens, Ordre des ingénieurs, COMAQ, FQM, AQESSS, IGOPP, etc.)
Before specializing in ethics, governance and trust, Mr. Riendeau worked as a corporate lawyer at Leduc Lambert and then as a strategist, assisting management at several large Canadian organizations (Telus, BCE and Quebecor).
